Unlike traditional agencies or freelancers, we don’t charge per hour or per project. This means you can submit unlimited requests per month, and we will get through them one by one. However, the main difference between the Standard & Premium plans is the amount of resources and priority we apply against those changes. The Standard plan is designed for clients who have a need for on-going WordPress support, whereas the Premium plan is for more advanced projects with tighter timelines. Which plan you pick comes down to the needs of your business, but either way, the benefit of both is that you get round-the-clock Slack support without worrying about being billed hourly for every single change or request you make.

Web design is our specialty. This means we can create full-responsive landing pages, sales pages, marketing websites, blogs, etc. If it’s a website, we can design it.

While we are quite certain you’ll be happy with the work we do, we do offer a refund within 14 days after signing up. Thankfully, the good news is that in our 15 years of working with clients, we have never once had to issue a refund due to an unhappy client – and we plan to keep it that way. Your happiness is our success.

We aim to provide our clients with truly best-in-class website and web app design. If we compromise on the quality of our work, or if we treat our clients with anything less than professional excellence, we won’t last. We have a vested interest in making sure you are are happy with our work. This is a non-option for us. We must do excellent work if we want to stay in business. From a technological perspective, we use WordPress & Elementor to design and build all of our projects.

There are a few options. As all our work is done inside of WordPress, we can provide hosting for the project within our hosting account. This means we send you a simple invoice which will cover the cost of the WordPress hosting – which you can cancel at anytime. Typically, this rate varies between $25-$40/month, depending on your project’s needs. Note: We do not charge a markup on our hosting rates. Alternatively, if you’d like to keep the project inside your own hosting, then we can assist you in setting up the correct hosting plan for your project. Lastly, if you wish, we can also provide a full export of the WordPress backup file for you to upload elsewhere and/or integrate into your own backend. There are many options for project handover. Whatever the outcome, we will work with you to ensure a smooth and effective completion of the project.
